First of all, I would read this thread on what surrender is like. AFAIK my DM isn’t on social media. I’ve never seen him unless he’s under a different name. So that’s good. I’m a massive overthinker/obsessive person anyway. I think I’ve got ADHD which doesn’t help. My brain plays little movies of scenarios with various people. Because I don’t k… I’m sure someone will come along with some specific advice for you, but proper understanding is everything in the journey, so I really would take a few moments to read those if you feel stuck.
