Take this advice for what you want, but if you are hearing voices asking for urgent help, I would speak to a medical professional and get yourself cleared first before doing anything else. I won’t get into it but I don’t think those words would happen for twin flames.

In my experience, yes, you can do it intentionally, but it mostly just happens by itself. We can communicate verbally with intention and write out words to each other with our thoughts.
I think any form of telepathy is based on the receiving and emitting of what I call slyukans. It’s a word from a language I remember I have spoken in a previous life and it actually means that which the thought contains. So, I believe our consciousness has the properties of an antenna, too. It can emit information and it can receive information in the form of these kinds of messages which the mind then has the task of “decoding” which itself could be quite a burden since the thoughts of some souls could be much more elaborated than those of others. This is the same mechanism of communicating with any entities of the spirit world, too. You don’t get auditory or visual information in a straight manner, or if you do you also get other kinds of information like feelings or facts that you later on simply don’t know how you got and you also preferentially send feelings over facts or images or sounds. It’s really complicated but the bottom line is you don’t communicate verbally as you do in the physical world and that can freak people out.
So, I have been sending slyukans to my one for quite a long time now and all that receive is a “smeared picture” of her thoughts. I believe she is on a far lesser level of development than me and that she has a kind of normal life she desperately wants to cling to. This is why these messages freak her out and she just doesn’t know what she wants to do with them. It was only very recently that she discovered she could talk back and she is really not used to this things. The closest comparison I can draw to this process is like the working of a sonar. You “ping” the other side by sending a powerful energetic impulse their way and you receive a reflection back. Then, you wait for their response to ping you back or you just get satisfied with the information you get. In order to save her sanity and respect her privacy I just ping her once in a while and stop intervening so she could continue her life. I have the feeling when I was younger I pinged her so many times that eventually drove her away from me because she felt that overwhelming love energy so much she decided there must be some person in the physical surrounding her who was responsible for her feeling that way that she went into relationships having absolutely no idea what was happening to her and being blind about the more complicated slyukans which I was trying to send. This lead to her eventual marriage and drew her away from, so, anyone doing the pinging should be extremely careful what they make of it. It could dramatically backfire if your partner is not on the same level of energy as you are. Both sending and decoding slyukans can been extreme mental load for either sides and you may freak out one side so much as to force them to run away as happened with me. Now she discovers she is not that happy in the relationship she is and tries to start using those abilities herself but I can feel the distance between us now. Years of experience of telepathy with much more advanced spirits than me have made me quite fluent and resilient in the process so I could feel how much of an amateur she is. And that makes me wonder should I just ignore the connection….

There are some techniques you can try to intentionally “send a message” but I think this mostly operates as a two-way radio that is constantly open but usually not under your control.
Personally it took me awhile to be convinced we had a telepathic connection. Now after having astral traveled to him once and he to me once I just accept the connection. I just talk, either out loud or in my head, doesn’t matter, sometimes I get an answer right away and sometimes there is quiet for awhile. I am learning patience, not my strong-suit, and wait for an answer. I cannot make up his voice so I know it is him when he says something. Started as a few words, now working on hearing whole sentences. Being quiet and still enhances this. You have to believe in the connection completely. Just letting words flow from him was/is the hard part, so I don’t inject my thoughts and words. I don’t know if this works for anybody else, but I have found this works for me.

A twin flame never leaves your mind; they pop in and out all the time. I think that’s a sign of telepathy in itself just running slowly and quietly in the background.
This is such a good point. When you truly know their voice you can’t fake it or make it up, that’s how you know it’s real and not just your own mind talking to itself. 
When I came across this term, I got too excited. I knew that there’s a term for what was happening to my twin and extra lovers put there. This is so deep; it occurs when the two of us are exactly on the same love page. It is short (quick) and clear, so much so that there is no doubt where it is coming from and going
It is a sweet/sour aspect t of love that leaves you in awe for some time in a daze, not confused. It is not forceful… at times there are thoughts you want to get across to your partner, but this medium does not allow - only matters that have been resolved by both parties in the heart are heard and come across this way.
You know, how they are what they want/need and where they are(eating, sleeping, walking, talking), being in the spirit…
Telepathy only can work when you are in a trance..

What works for me is creating a specific ‘meeting space’ during meditation, like a garden or room that I visualize consistently every time.
I invite them there energetically rather than trying to push thoughts at them wherever they are. It feels less intrusive and the responses come through clearer when there’s a designated space for it.
It’s immediate. It’s a response, a touch, a feeling. It’s warmth in the root and his heartbeat in my chest. Sometimes it’s a word, a look. It’s beautiful, and as we’ve gotten closer to the reunion, it’s minutes. I just posted a song marking my foot on the accelerator, and that’s what he told me Friday: get your engines running. And then ego said, “Oh, he’s gonna think you’re saying bye, he took too long.” And he immediately came in and sent love and acknowledgment and rooted the true meaning he understood immediately. It’s beautiful.

It’s so weird you said that. I feel him all the time. All of it. The jealousy, the love, etc…Then three time I heard his pain in words. The first time it was “What have I done”? Every time I stop and pray for him. But I always hold back going deeper. I just instinctively felt it would be too much too soon. So thank you for validating my choice.
