For a journey already so incredibly rare, it’s weird to me that anyone wants to narrow down the terminology even further. Seems like a trap to stay stuck in separation for longer to pay such close attention to labels that won’t ultimately make a difference.
There are people who think that monadics aren’t even technical twin flames if you use the strict ‘one soul two bodies’ definition. That theyre more like highly advanced soulmate connections that can activate the twin flame mission. The definitions vary a lot depending on who you ask.
I would ignore the labels, the gatekeeping and the social media influencers trying to make up some new terms. If you’ve found your twin flame, then focus on you and the work it takes to reach union. It doesn’t matter what other people call it.
I think what matters more is understanding your specific dynamic with your person. The labels help frame things but the connection is what it is regardless of what we call it.
