Same. I still know he’s my twin flame. We are similar in a lot of other ways though, and the telepathy is weird.
The eyes thing is interesting. That’s exactly where I notice it most with mine, the eyes and then how we move and gesture. It’s almost unsettling sometimes.
Makes me wonder if there’s a shadow work angle here though. Like we’re literally seeing reflected parts of ourselves we need to integrate. Not sure what to do with that yet.

I sometimes catch myself making a certain facial expression, and I have him in my mind because that’s exactly how he does it. Then, in the very moment when I realize I’ve made a face like his, a car passes by with license plates from his city (which are rare in my city).

The resemblance didn’t show up immediately for me. It crept in.
After we started mirroring habits, I picked up his posture and resting facial tension without even realizing, almost like my body was learning his ‘default’ over time. A lot of what people call physical similarity is probably just subconscious entrainment rather than some instant genetics thing. At least that’s how it felt for me, way more gradual than I expected.
