For me, the biggest sign of healing was when separation started feeling like a gift. I genuinely enjoy my own company now, something I couldn’t say before I met him.
One sign is the shift in your dream life. When healing is actually integrating, the chaotic dreams about the connection soften into something more neutral. The unconscious stops screaming because it’s finally being listened to during waking hours.
Sitting here with kind of a wild realization. Thinking about my twin used to send me straight into panic mode, but just now it was nothing, just calm. That was my big aha. My body doesn’t jump at their name anymore, so maybe I’m actually healing for real this time. And honestly it makes me wonder if they’re finding their calm too.
Update im going higher. A big fear was to overstep with flame as i fear not having his friendship. But i sent a message and laid it out that unless you have self love nothing changes forme and im a lioness and wont chase a mouse as not fair game. Few days later a runner response and I left it. I sent a few text to say hello and simple communication. However he comesin dreams and songs now ironicallygnr has a few songs that I feel are signs of where he is at in his healing. Once I hear paradise City then I hope that is sign he crushed his ego. Right now it is dont cry and it all started with sweet child of mine. Then november rain for 3 days in row. Vusions are closer. Very strange but refreshing
