If your twin is really thinking of you, those physical sensations won’t make logical sense but your soul will recognize them right away. Like when I feel that chest warmth and suddenly know exactly what coffee shop they’re sitting in even though my mind says it’s impossible.
My mentor told me the coffee shop thing is astral projection. Like your consciousness hopping or something.
Maybe try grounding yourself when it happens next time?
The chest warmth thing is real! My twin is from Brazil and they told me their culture calls it ‘quentura do coração’ - heart’s heat. Their grandmother always said it means someone’s soul is visiting yours. I get goosebumps on my left arm when they’re thinking hard about me. Apparently, that runs in their family, too.
This is exactly what separates twin flames from soulmates. Soul recognition that spans across time itself.
Aww man. I had a work call today with a lot of the company joining in. I was one of the first to join and TF was on the call too and I just felt this warmth light up my heart chakra. It was lovely.
They just try and frame it in a way that makes sense to their understanding of the world.
Can’t blame them. Imagine trying to explain an iPhone to your cat. They have no frame of reference or any way of finding one. I just say we have great chemistry and leave it at that. I’m happy I don’t have to explain it and they’re happy they think they understand.
I feel like I can see through his eyes, and I see what he sees. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it feels like he’s thinking about us.
