YES! ‘Mirrors’ by Justin Timberlake - I love that song for this. The whole concept of reflecting each other really resonates. That line ‘I can’t ever change without you, you reflect me’ captures something about how our twins show us ourselves in ways we never expected. There’s that deep recognition of seeing your own soul staring back at you through another person’s eyes. What gets me is how the song talks about finding your ‘other half’, and for those of us who’ve experienced that telepathic connection, you KNOW he means it literally. Sometimes I’ll hear this song and suddenly feel that familiar warmth, like they’re thinking of me too at that exact moment. The way JT describes it as ‘finally finding the missing piece’, that’s how it felt when we first locked eyes. Like looking in a mirror and seeing the part of yourself you didn’t even know was missing. ---

Music really does capture what words can’t. My playlist keeps changing - sometimes the songs that hit hardest aren’t even love songs. Could be ones about change or loss that nail how intense this gets. I have about five songs that always make me stop what I’m doing. Some lyrics feel like they were written for this exact experience, even though the artist probably had no clue about twin flames. The same song can mean something completely different depending on where you are. Anyone else notice their music taste shifting? I was never really into metal, but my twin is (I didn’t know this), and Spotify kept suggesting tracks I liked and saved. He was surprised when he saw my playlist and knew some of the artists I’ve been getting into. I think that taste change came from him. ---

Those are good picks. ‘Ceilings’ by Lizzy McAlpine gets me every time too. You definitely need the full version though - that TikTok edit cuts out too much. The way she writes about being stuck replaying moments that might not even be real… that’s exactly how I felt during my twin flame stuff in 2019. Not a song, specifically, but an artist. I feel like Sleep Token writes about the twin flame journey. Whether or not the vocalist believes in twin flames or calls it as such, I wouldn’t know, but I truly believe the songs written are about that journey. ---

Very nostalgic for us making me reminisce on memories of us that still give me butterflies.
