# What if Your Twin Flame is Dating Someone Else?

I think if they’re dating someone else it is just part of the journey you have to walk right now. I don’t think you have to be [cellibate](https://forum.twinflamecollective.com/t/twin-flame-separation-celibacy/1202) or stay single yourself in fact it’s probably better that you don’t just wallow and focus on them. It isn’t the end of your story, but **don’t just sit waiting for them to break up.**

If you do that, they’ll immediately end up with someone else because you’re _still_ not ready.
