For years before meeting my DM, I had this very distinct thought-voice I’d talk to for advice, with its own personality and everything.
When we finally met in person, they had the exact same personality as that voice. Freaked me out a little. Maybe twin flame telepathy isn’t always hearing their actual voice in real-time, but rather having access to their essence or energy signature in a way that feels separate from your own thoughts.
I think the difference between telepathy and wishful thinking might be consistency, like when the ‘voice’ surprises you or says things you wouldn’t expect.
