I (personally) think it is perfectly normal if you’re dealing with a connection and you can’t tell whether or not this person is your real TF.
Usually, this awakening happens, and we’re left just feeling like “what the fuck was that” but we have no context for understanding because no connection we have ever felt was ever anything even close to that. That’s the first stage. We awaken, and we start searching, and that is what leads a lot of people here.
IF (on the other hand) you hear about the term and just go looking for your TF because you think that’s what you’re supposed to do, or you like the idea, then you are doing it wrong.
First of all, most people don’t have one. There is nothing to look for. Even if you DO find someone because of something you read on social media, you’ll most likely find a karmic instead and convince yourself this is your mirror soul because that’s what you told yourself you were looking for.
Don’t go looking for your twin flame. If you have one, they’ll find you. If you have to ask who they are, then you haven’t met them yet.
