Why Do We Dream About Our Twin Flame?

The lucid dreams are what get me. Those moments where you actually feel their touch, smell their scent, feel your bodies merge when you embrace. It’s almost overwhelming how real it is. I genuinely worry sometimes about people dismissing these experiences or not taking care of themselves through them. Your higher selves are connected in 5D, so these meetings carry real weight.

These dreams have become something I look forward to during this separation. Started tracking them in a journal about 6 months back and noticed they tend to come right before I see synchronicities or repeating numbers in my waking life. Sometimes I can go to bed expecting to meet them and it happens.

I try to receive them as gifts instead of letting them wreck me the next morning.

I dream of him almost every single night but I asked my twin and he doesn’t remember any of his dreams.

The constant dreaming, especially during no contact, is one of the most common signs of soul recognition. That deep energetic connection doesn’t just shut off when you’re apart physically. I went through something similar where I dreamed about someone constantly and felt that magnetic pull I couldn’t explain. Took me years to understand what that recognition was really trying to teach me about myself.

Dreams can be the soul’s way of processing the connection and the lessons it carries, whether that’s moving toward union or understanding something deeper within yourself. Trust what you’re experiencing, but also stay grounded in what the connection is showing you about your own growth.

This is so relatable! The forgetting right upon waking is incredibly frustrating. I’ve started keeping my phone on voice memo mode right next to me so I can just mumble whatever I remember the second my eyes open - sometimes even before I’m fully awake. It’s helped me catch a few things I would have completely lost otherwise.

The more you train your mind to remember dreams and think about them the easier it gets. The advice people usually give is keep a “dream diary” but by the time I’ve managed to open that and grab a pen my dream is already gone. So I keep the recorder app open on my phone and just flip to it when I wake up.

Even if I can’t remember my full dream, I just start blurting out whatever I can remember about the dream before I can even really open my eyes properly. I have friends who did this for a while (it takes more than a few nights) and they can have their shower, drink their coffee and still remember their dream.

I think there’s something about the dream state where the messages come through in feelings and energies rather than actual words, which is why they’re so hard to translate into our waking language. But even when we can’t remember the specifics, I believe the essence of those communications still lands somewhere in our soul and does its work. The fact that you’re having these dreams consistently shows that the channel is open and active.

Perhaps they are missing us or there’s something going on with them. It doesn’t happen all the time but sometimes you wake up and those dreams were just too clear to be “normal”.

Because it shows us the truth.

I had a dream about my twin flame long before we ever physically met.
