Anyone Feel Twin Flame Withdrawal?

Twin flame withdrawal is SO real and I need someone to tell me they get this too.

I’m genuinely not a person who gets attached. I have left situations without a second glance, felt absolutely nothing, moved on like it was easy - because it was. But my body physically aches when we’re in no contact and I was not prepared for that. It’s this deep craving that just sits right in my chest, and even my breathing feels different when we’re apart. I’ve been doing the inner work. Journaling, meditating, all of it. And yet every cell in me still reaches for this man like he’s oxygen.

I’m not going to fully get into the physical connection but I will say this - something changes in me when we’re together. I start making sounds and speaking in ways I genuinely cannot explain (and I have tried to explain it, trust me) and it’s the most overwhelming thing I’ve ever experienced. So when people casually suggest just walking away… you can’t walk away from something that opens up parts of you you didn’t even know were there. You just can’t.

If anyone else is riding this out and feeling that same impossible pull during separation, please come find me. I need to know I’m not alone in this.

My Twin and I are long distance (completely different countries), and have gone through several periods of no contact. So I feel you and what you’re going through. When we are physically together, the world just seems to melt away. I know that sounds very cliche, but I’m sure you know what I mean. I miss him every single day, and even though we are in contact now. It doesn’t make that yearning disappear. Yesterday he video called me, and seeing him face just made my heart stop

In another thread, someone compared it to a song playing constantly in the background, which sometimes you hear very loud, and others it’s barely there. For me, my twin is always there, like a constant hum in the background. And sometimes it goes from a hum to intensely feeling his energy around, as if he is standing just behind me or nearby. And then there are the dreams … In the meantime, I don’t dream of him this often, but when I do, the dreams are very real, detailed and intense, and I often write them down as soon as I wake up.

So yes, you are definitely not alone in this. And I have to add that this is indeed different from any other kind of relationship (and I also had some in my life).
