the heart chakra pain gets worse during separation because there’s an energetic cord connecting twin flames through the back of the heart chakra. when your twin is going through something intense or reaching out (even without knowing it), you can feel that in your chest.
I’ve experienced this too. The heart chakra thing makes sense - like your heart center is expanding to hold the intensity of this connection.
I’m experiencing this tonight. Just trying to stay calm and breathe through it. Its coming and going. Did any of you get checked out by medical professionals first?
I do feel twanging(twinging?) pain in the left side of my chest along with palpitations. I’ll look in the mirror and I can see my pulse going nuts at the bottom of my throat.
I assumed it was just due to not being physically together? Or things left unsaid or ignored on either end?
