There are no restrictions on people posting on your story, but please remember that people have busy lives and their own journey they are working through. And around 95% of our users never post a single post on the forum.
If you’d like replies to your own story, I would recommend:
- Keeping your story up to date.
- Contribute to other areas of the forum so people recognize you.
- We don’t police grammer but if your story is easier to read, it will be easier to reply to.
