Twin flames often meet on the astral plane before they ever cross paths physically. Your soul recognizes theirs in that space, even when your waking mind has no context for who they are yet. The veil between 3D and 5D is at its thinnest.
That’s why you dreamed of a “stranger” you felt magnetized to. Your soul already knew.
The dreams repeating now and showing you details that are currently happening (like the mustache and the surgery) suggest your higher self is bringing these memories forward for a reason. Sometimes it’s confirmation, sometimes it’s preparation.
During separation, this is how twin flames communicate, although our waking selves actually only remember a small amount of the dreams we have, so you probably communicate more than you are remembering (a dream journal can help this!)
As for the actual messages, these tend to be a little too specific for me to be able to say exactly what they might mean. Messages at the higher levels can get pretty nuanced. I wouldn’t panic though, it’s very unlikely that dreaming about them is a bad sign. Just your higher selves trying to guide your 3D selves forward.
I get why this one hit you harder than the other experiences. Remote touch, hearing their voice, the heart stuff, those can all be rationalized away if you try hard enough. But dreaming of someone’s face years before meeting them is pretty hard to dismiss and that’s probably exactly why it happened.
The intensity picking up after seeing them again (the heart pounding, increased remote touch) is pretty normal when the connection is activating more fully. Your energies are responding to each other.
