I think people get different signs at different times and for different reasons. I believe how you respond to synchronicity and signs is how you can tell what they really mean.
An example from my own path. I get the repeating numbers and songs sent as signs. Sometimes, the lights flicker a bit like Morse code patterns, but every time I see signs like this, I revert to that chasing energy. That feeling of chasing, yearning, missing them, with a little bit of sadness and melancholy, is in the mix for me. Since I’m reacting that way to the synchronicity, I do not believe that I am ready for union, and I don’t believe it’s coming immediately.
I think to be able to surrender to the journey, you need to be able to see the signs and move by them. Keep doing the work. They may be encouraging messages, saying that you’re doing a good job, but all I know is that when you see the synchronicity, instead of getting overjoyed and excited or attached to the feeling, you want to have that Zen peaceful knowing that the union is coming. When I start reacting that way, I believe that will be the time they come back into my life soon.
Long story short, the signs have different meanings depending on your frequency and how you’re reacting to them.
