That could be a sign that your twin is trying to manifest you, but that might not necessarily mean what you think.
There are a few mindful manifestation techniques that you might be familiar with. Your twin might be intentionally using them, but if they’ve been spiritually closed off in the past, then it’s probable that they’re not there yet.
That doesn’t mean they’re not trying to manifest you - it’s probably just subconscious manifestation rather than active practice.
The “tugging” feeling, especially, is often felt in the heart chakra or sometimes like a magnetic pull through your whole body when someone is focused on you energetically.
Twin flames share a unique frequency, so when one is actively thinking about or directing energy toward the other, the receiving twin often feels it as physical sensations. Warmth in the chest, tingling, pressure, or that pulling/tugging you mentioned.
Like someone gently grabbing their energy and drawing it outward.
Twins often become interested in spiritual practices like manifestation during separation because they’re unconsciously seeking ways to bridge the gap. Especially if this is the Divine Masculine we’re talking about here.
They may not even fully realize they’re trying to pull you back – the soul knows what it wants, even when the ego is confused, that’s part of the 5D vs 3D confusion.
My advice is going to be the same, regardless of what you are feeling. Focus on your inner work and let them continue theirs. If you are both doing this and they are trying to manifest you back, Spirit will guide you toward each other.
