So pressure in the throat means they’re wanting to talk? I sometimes have a sensation in my throat and had some burning there too. Then the other day I had this pressure and was wondering what was going on! Like being lightly choked (and I hate anyone putting their hands round my neck).
Eta: it happened again just after I’d written this! And then I got heart pains. Need to get that checked out just in case but interesting.
