Pressure in specific chakras (throat = they want to talk, sacral = missing physical connection)

Random songs stuck in your head that relate to them

Feeling their presence in your peripheral vision

Unexplained mood swings that match what they’re going through

White feathers (or some other external symbols) appearing in unusual places
