As frustrating as it is… their hot and cold behavior might actually be one of the strongest signs they still love you.
I know that’s unhelpful and annoying. A lot of external signs are, honestly.
Your DM runs because the feelings are too intense, not because they don’t have any. When someone doesn’t care, there’s no pattern; there’s just apathy. The TF push-pull exists because love overwhelms them. During the hot phases, you’re seeing their genuine feelings. During the cold phases, you’re seeing their fear of how deep those feelings actually go. If you follow forecasts, you’ll often see these maps up for runners because they don’t know where these feelings come from.
The sexual energy you’re picking up is also there for the same reason. That’s coming through your shared base chakra connection. When you suddenly feel aroused without any trigger, or you’re sensing they’re thinking of you - that’s real energetic communication happening. The telepathic bond stays active regardless of what’s happening in the 3D.
They can’t stop loving you at the soul level because you’re connected there permanently. In the 5D, you’re already in union. We tend not to really think about it because we want to see it in the 3D. The separation is happening so that both you (the runner and the chaser) can heal what would just get amplified if you came together right now. Every sign you’re getting - the synchronicities, the downloads, the physical sensations - confirms that bond is still very much alive.
They absolutely love you during separation.
