What is the symbol for twin flames? At first, I thought 11:11 or the infinity symbol, maybe. I know the collective has its fire symbol, but maybe the yin yang makes more sense? I don’t think I’ve ever really seen just one symbol for it.

I hadn’t really thought about it before… There isn’t really one set symbol.
It makes sense when most people don’t even agree on what the twin flame journey is. There are some websites trying to make their own brand the symbol of twin flames and I’m glad that kind of thing never caught on.
I think the infinity symbol and the yinyang probably make the most sense, but that’s just a personal thing.

Yeah there’s no single ‘official’ symbol really. The one you probably see floating around most is that composite symbol - it’s got a triangle with two flames inside (one yellow, one orange when colored), an infinity symbol underneath, all enclosed in a circle. Saint Germain is credited with introducing it.
The triangle breakdown is interesting though. The two lower corners represent Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine (these are energies, not about gender). As twins do inner work and release old patterns, the flames at the triangle’s base supposedly move closer together. The top peak is where everything unifies - mind, body, spirit all connected.
The infinity sign part ties into the number 8 in numerology. Eight is about balance, which makes sense for the whole twin flame thing. The circle around everything represents how twins experience karma and reincarnation in cycles. The idea is that twins keep looping back into each other through lifetimes.
Your yin yang idea works too though. Both symbols deal with Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine coming into balance. The little dots inside each half of the yin yang show unity as a whole rather than duality. Some people just resonate more with one symbol vs another.
I actually like that there’s no one set symbol. Nobody has managed to “take over” the idea enough to make their symbol be “it”. Some things are also just… inherently understood. Like we know, a heart means love without some corporation telling us that’s what it stands for.
The yin-yang definitely works, and plenty of people use it. 69, the Pisces fish symbol, Cancer’s symbol - they’re all tied to the same concepts. Balance, harmony, cause and effect. ‘As above, so below. As within, so without.’ The whole thing.
11:11 is more of an angel number than a symbol. It speaks to Union and oneness with Spirit, yourself, and your twin. A lot of people report seeing it constantly. Repeating 8s and the infinity symbol are supposedly your twin’s Higher Self saying ‘I love you’ regardless of what’s happening in 3D.

The yin yang makes the most sense to me because it captures the DF/DM energy dynamic pretty well. The feminine is intuitive, the masculine is structured, and you need both halves to make the whole. That’s what the symbol represents. 11:11 is more about synchronicity timing, but yin yang IS the twin flame dynamic itself.

When I think about what balance feels like on this experience - that state where you’re at peace with yourself, where your masculine action side and feminine intuitive side are working together, where ego and higher self aren’t fighting anymore - that’s literally what the yin yang represents.

Usually, you see two hearts on fire or some variation of that. I saw someone got the twin flame universe logo as a tattoo… that’s certainly a choice.
Has anyone looked into the vesica piscis? Two circles overlap to create that almond shape in the middle. That feels like what twin flames are. Two complete souls whose energy fields overlap to create something new.
And the merkaba - two interlocking tetrahedrons spinning in opposite directions. It mirrors masculine and feminine energies rotating together. Ancient sacred geometry seemed to understand this connection long before we started calling it twin flames. These symbols keep appearing across so many different spiritual traditions throughout history.
