It’s difficult to explain because so much of it has to be lived, but here’s the gist.
You meet someone unexpectedly. You’re usually not searching for them (You could find your TF on a dating app, for example, but when you were looking for something entirely different). The concept is that you share the same soul split between two bodies, and life brings you back together. This person starts mirroring parts of yourself you hadn’t noticed before, and strange spiritual signs appear that you’ve never experienced with anyone else. I had no idea what a twin flame was until it happened to me.
Eventually, separation occurs so you can focus inward. Old traumas and fears surface, and you find time to explore what genuinely makes you happy. The same process happens for them. Other relationships tend to fall apart during this period. It’s supposed to be time for yourself. When a spiritual upgrade finally happens, everything about the connection changes. The signs intensify, telepathy develops, the energy transforms. My twin and I even discovered we have matching scars on opposite sides of our bodies, like mirror images.
This journey makes you question how much exists beyond the physical. It’s also why the topic is easily exploited. I’ve learned the answers have to come from within.
