Astral Projection for Twin Flames?

Has anyone here actually experienced twin flame astral projection? It’s the process of leaving your physical 3D body and traveling to the astral realm. I read about it a long time before I ever discovered the twin flame journey. Since we’re so connected on the higher levels and we can use the akashic records for guidance, I’m beginning to think that astral projection might let us communicate more during separation and maybe speed things up.

Has anyone tried this? Any experience in using it?

I know sometimes we all have an OBE (out of body experience) and that feels a bit more like a dream, or maybe overlaps with lucid dreaming, you might meet your twin or see them doing something… but astral projection is something people practice to do on command. Leaving their body to travel to the higher levels. Just found my book in the book shelf and I think I’ll be trying it.

So I haven’t had the feeling of leaving the astral realm, but I have felt my TF’s presence in the astral. The first time was in 2007 during our Bubble love phase… I could feel him visit me. The second time was in 2023… I felt his astral presence multiple times over the period of two months. It was often at night time. Sometimes I would wake up at 3:33AM just to feel him get in my bed or sit next to me. The last time was on July 3rd 2023… in the day time. I felt him put his hand on my heart. Haven’t felt him since!
