I was wondering if anyone else here has ever done an akashic journey to explore past lives with their TF? I have gone on a guided journey with a mentor and she channeled messages for me. We explored multiple previous lives where my TF and I were in different kinds of relationships (childhood friends, mentor/mentee, lovers).

Thinking about it, Iāve heard a lot of people mention the Akashic Records in a kind of general sense, but not from anyone who has actually done work with intention.
Whatās interesting about the akashic records specifically for TFs is that they contain information about all the interactions between you and your twin across various lifetimes. The unresolved karma from past lives that might be affecting your current connection is stored right there. Seems like something we should be paying attention to.
Could you tell us more about the actual process?
I can tell you about my own experience. I went to a reader (someone familiar with reading the akashic records) and we set the intention of gaining information about past life relationships between myself & my twin. The reader then channeled the images she saw. She saw 3 past lives:
- Childhood friends
- Mentor/mentee
- Lovers
We didnāt get much more information on 1 and 2, but more came through on 3. We were a couple & he went away to fight in a war. I thought he was lost at war so I moved on, became involved with someone else & married. Then my twin came back. I was very torn between my twin & my husband & ended up cheating on my husband with my twin. That information seemed very relevant to my current situation. I didnāt meet my twin in this life time until after I was married. To resolve the karma, I believe I need to choose my husband this time around. There is also more at stake this time. He is also married with a family, which just reinforces to me that both my twin & need to remain in our current relationships.

I studied a lot of astral projection many years ago. The kashic records are a place in the fifth dimension, part of the quantum field. Usually manifests to people as a large library or temple where ALL the information about you as a soul is stored since you were created - every choice, every karma, every action from previous lives, and which souls youāve had relationships with.
Itās a big place. I tried to visit once or twice but my spirit guide kept warning me away and I could never remember why when I came back to the 3D. I trust that it made sense however.
I believe twin flames are extra sensitive to what happened in past lives, we carry more of those cell memories. So accessing this stuff is actual clearing work.
Do you happen to know which method they used to access the records?
Thereās been some concerning stuff happening with practitioners who arenāt properly trained (especially on social media - no surrise). Iāve seen people charging hundreds of dollars for āsoul blueprint analysisā with no real background, using fear tactics like telling clients their records are āmissingā or āstolenā and then offering to fix it for more money. Your records canāt be stolen. Theyāre part of you.
Just in case anyone tries to do something similar.
Good practitioners wonāt make decisions for you or speak in vague generalities that could apply to anyone. They should be able to give you specific guidance while still empowering you to choose your own path. And the records arenāt meant for yes/no questions or predicting exact dates of union. Theyāre more about understanding patterns and clearing whatās blocking you.
Some experienced teachers also warn about what they call āfake recordsā in the astral realm. If youāre using random guided meditations online, you might not actually be accessing what you think you are. One sign somethingās off is if any guides you encounter seem rude or belittling. Thatās not how the real thing works.

My TF and I were actually enemies in one lifeā¦ we called each other real harm. Weāve been working through that karma across multiple incarnations since. It was hard to hear at first, but it made sense of why things have been so intense and painful this time around, even though we love each other deeply.
Your post reminded me of my first TF Akashic process, where we also saw several lifetimes together, but in different roles-in one, he was my older brother, in another, a spiritual rival, and in another, we were married but very misaligned.
I was told the core lesson my TF and I are working on is āthe balance of love and powerā makes sense with what weāve struggled with in 3D. They would get scared of losing themselves whenever we got close, and I would try to control outcomes because I couldnāt handle the uncertainty.
A little-known fact from some esoteric traditions is that the Akashic field stores not just events but also the unexpressed potentials between souls, which can be powerful to explore with a twin.
I did an akashic session focused on my TF connection last year and it explained SO much about the runner dynamic. The reader picked up on a past life where we had this intense power imbalance, and apparently, that energy was still playing out which is what caused separation to begin with. Gave me quite a bit of an eye opener.
Thatās beautiful, Iāve had something similar. Someone actually had a vision about my TF before I even met them. There was another thread about this having visions and seeing them in different places, I think Iāve seen them in their past lives or had little glimpses at least.
It all sounds really interesting. Iām so fascinated by the entire twin flame journey, I want to know more about it and would be interested in exploring my past lives maybe at a later stage.
I did one of those online āhow many past lives have you had?ā generators and it told me 5, but nor sure how accurate that is. Interesting that you have incarnated with different relationship types each time.

Iām very wary of people selling stuff to twin flames because most of it is crap. I went looking for advice on Akashic records and there are a lot of scams but this video looks good:
Something to work through that you can do yourself.
I donāt believe that the records use literal terms like ātwin flameā or āsoulmateā but they could definitely show the patterns of someone constantly showing up in your past and the connections you shared togetherā¦ it makes sense.
I asked about my twin in one of my journeys. My guide was shown an image of a ball of energy splitting into two and falling separately into this world.
I donāt know if this is something I would want to know. Whatever we did in our past lives was part of the journey that got us to the here and now. Hopefully we learned something but imagine the pain of remembering being with them for a lifetime only to come back to separation.
Yes I have entered the records and one of our past lifeās together we where lovers , our love life discontinued due to my past death in his arms.. very sad and heartbreaking.
I remember about four of our past lives together. Took a lot of work.
