Guided Meditation for Twin Flames?

Can anyone suggest good guided meditations for twin flames, please?

Doesn’t need to be specifically about twin flames but I would prefer that if there are any good ones.

If anyone has recordings or channels they swear by for shadow work or higher self connection, drop them. Astral stuff too. When I follow a guided session instead of freewheeling it, I end up in places I genuinely would not reach on my own (which probably says something about how stuck my solo practice has gotten). Just goes deeper.

Spirit guide meditations have been pulling me in lately too, so if you have a good one for that… leave it below. Pretty open to whatever.

It’s funny this was posted today. It’s very top of mind this week.

A couple of months ago, I spoke to a community member who was deep in separation. Eight months of silence from her twin. No contact. No signs of that changing anytime soon.

Just that ache you carry around like extra weight, I’m sure we all know that feeling.

She’d done everything. Journaling. Shadow work. She’d read every article, watched every video.

Someone in our group suggested meditation.

She almost rolled her eyes.

“Meditation? That’s it? That’s the advice?”

She’d tried the apps before, but to her, the idea of meditation was to try and sit for hours and “think of nothing”. It was never a real tool.

To me, I think mediation might be one of the most underrated tools that twin flames always overlook.

Most people in separation are doing everything but the one thing that would actually help.

They’re checking their twin’s social media. Replaying conversations. Looking for signs. Getting the same advice over and over again, but always looking for something different.

And then they wonder why nothing ever changes.

Meditation keeps coming up as an answer and most people skip right past it. Either because it sounds too simple to actually do anything, or because they tried it once, couldn’t quiet their mind, and gave up.

Usually, the beginner experience on the apps isn’t quite right for them.

Which is a shame. Because for twin flames specificallyIt’s not just relaxation.

Your connection doesn’t run on text messages and phone calls. It runs on energy. And meditation is one of the few things that actually lets you work with that energy directly.

Your connection doesn’t run on text messages and phone calls. It runs on energy. And meditation is one of the few things that actually lets you work with that energy directly.

But people find meditation too difficult, so they often quit. Most people stopped reading this right at the top as soon as they read “meditation”.

But this might be one of the easiest ways to actually make an impact on your separation. And you don’t need to be a monk living far away from civilisation.

Just a pair of headphones and a guided meditation.

When you sit quietly and drop into that space, you’re not just calming your nervous system. You’re making yourself available to the connection. You’re pulling your energy back from all the places you’ve been scattering it and bringing it home.

Your twin feels that.

Not because of anything mystical you have to do or believe. Just because of what you are to each other. The bond is already there. Meditation is just you finally getting still enough to feel it.

And when you feel it, something in them responds.

The “I can’t meditate, my mind is too busy” thing is real. But it’s also the reason guided meditation exists. You don’t have to figure out how to get there on your own.

Just let someone else guide you.

If you haven’t tried this yet, I would suggest the Twin Flame Treehouse.

A magical place where your twin flame is waiting for you to join them. Your own special place in the treetop canopy, where your twin has something to tell you.

I am really a fan of meditation and I think it is one of the most underrated tools for twin flames.

Not only does it help make separation feel easier, but it might also be one of the best ways to do your inner work, especially if you are new to all this and don’t know where else to start. You don’t need any experience, and it can help anyone, whether this is their first day, a separation, or their last.

The first (and most obvious) are all in the blueprint since they are actually twin flame specific and involve meeting with your TF. I like the Twin Flame Garden and Midnight Pool. Used them often when I was in separation, the only thing that helped ground me and gave some relief and space from the hurt. I think these changes over time, would love to see some new ones added.

I also like Nicky Sutton. She has a reunion meditation into a shared past life and spirit side. Really good. She has another for sleep meditation, but I didn’t use that one much.

If anyone uses Insight Timer, then maybe try Emma Mumford. Haven’t used that myself, but I heard good things. You share karmic cycles to break, get messages back. Perfect for separation or anxiety, short enough for daily use. Or for shadow work there’s Alex Buta.

You might get some messages about guided meditation “not being real meditation”. Don’t listen to them. I’ve seen this a few times and usually it comes from people who haven’t had a good experience with either and are not in a good place themselves. These tools are incredibly effective.

Thank you @Cassady is that new??

I was following a lot of Danielle’s old ones, but the new ones are a lot clearer. Would love some longer ones please  :folded_hands:

I will be trying this as soon as I get home.

Astral stuff works well for this. There’s a session where you float to a shared dream spot, away from cubicle stares, and I landed there once feeling their hand in mine clear as day. A really good way to get clear downloads from your TF.

For spirit guides, try ones that call them in as allies for the daily grind. Mine shows up as a calm voice during coffee breaks, drops advice on handling those accidental eye contacts (which happen more than you’d think with two desks between you).

Mindfulness is the most useful thing for me, though I mix in loving kindness and positive affirmations too. I kind of layer them together depending on the day.

I keep getting stuck on this. How do you actually tell the difference between your own inner peace and picking up on love from your TF through the heart chakra? Sometimes they feel almost identical. Still trying to figure that one out…

I never got beyond the basic body scan idea but every time I feel separation getting too hard or my emotions getting out of control I do follow a guided meditation. For me it needs to be something at least 40 minutes and I do it when I go to sleep.

Nobody mentioned Yoga Nidra yet? It’s so good for twin flame work. It feels like being tucked into a cozy blanket while your soul does all the heavy lifting.

There’s a teacher called Ally Boothroyd who has sessions on YouTube that bring you into that deep in-between sleep-awake state where your subconscious just opens right up. Your body goes into rest mode while your awareness stays bright and floaty. I started doing her sessions before bed and my dream contact with my twin went from basically zero to vivid and consistent within about two weeks <3

Also if you pair it with putting a small rose quartz on your chest while you listen (just resting it there, nothing fancy), the heart chakra activation gets really sweet and gentle. Softest way to do really deep work… just my experience though

I really like the new treehouse one! Surprised guided meditation doesn’t get talked about way more.

Because it requires patience and effort, so it clearly can’t be the answer. You’ll rarely see a thread on anything that involves inner work and effort.

Plenty of topics on external signs and things that don’t require work and accountability.

Make of that what you will.

And isn’t that ironic?

It’s one of the few practices that really doesn’t take much patience or effort to start.

After so many years on this jouney, I’m still dumbfounded by how some of the most complicated problems have the simplest of solutions.

Entirely agreed.

But when people’s minds are so warped by dopamine addiction it’s even easier than that to just scroll social media until your emotions are numbed or ask the Tarot cards when things will work out by themselves.

I love this.

Did the treehouse meditation and loved it. Also downloaded the Insight timer app and I am exploring the meditaties there. Might try the yoga suggestion too.

Thanks to the Guided Meditation for Twin Flames? topic i’ve exploring the world of meditations.

The only thing is that I usually fall asleep during a meditation. I know with subliminals it’s not a big deal because they are ment for the subconsious, but what about “regular” meditations. Do they still “work" when you fall asleep?
