Yes there are physical pains that can be involved in the TF journey and there are people asking about chest pain or heart palpitations during separation.
But anytime you have physical symptoms, treat them as a medical potential first. Don’t leave anything to chance.
If you’re sure it is your chakra and not your actual physical heart, then I’m sure someone will have some advice for you. I just want to make sure you’re not ignoring potential problems because you’re also in separation.
