Here’s something I picked up from some tantric teachings, if you rest your tongue lightly on the roof of your mouth (near the soft part), it’s supposed to complete some kind of inner circuit. Helps move energy from your lower chakras upward pretty quickly.
It can get exhausting though. Some nights I just want to sleep and they they are reaching out. The arousal is intense but it also disrupts everything. Work, sleep, trying to date other people… impossible when your twin’s energy keeps hijacking your body.

For me, this began once I decide to surrender and pull back completely. I was at peace, internally. But, nope. Universe has its own ideas. The DM energy pulls you right in. And once we both realized we were actually engaging with eachother, it became a nightly ritual. It pulled me through the most incredible (there is no comparison to the wonders of this experience) and most painful (constantly, deeply triggered) times of my TF journey.
